• Working in Barista Coffee Company India Ltd over a period of 5 years.
• Handling a store with Takeaway, Production with the team of 10brew members including chief brew master.
• Set the targets for the day and do suggestive selling while forecasting weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Responsible for generating MIS at managerial level.
• Managing Sales mix (Beverage, food, add-on and merchandise segment)
• Manage Banking, sale analysis, profit/loss analysis & COGS (cost of goods sold)
• Responsible for HR reports which include maintenance of attendance sheet, leave records and document joining formalities and report to Regional HR office.
• Conduct team briefings and motivate staff to up sell and increase the sale.
• Encourage brew masters in creative coffee making and presentation skills.
• Responsible for Maintaining and implementing the Standard Operating Procedures of the company in the store.
