• Review/study projects package concerning inspection procedure parameters and scope.

• Updating/monitoring as necessary of quality control parameters, inspection and testing according to codes and standards.

• Promoted awareness to Quality Management System to the staff in APL
• Conduct Internal Quality Audit as per the schedule
• Achieved & Maintained ISO 9001 : 2000 Accreditation
• Highlighted areas for improvement and coordinated with the top management for taking necessary corrective/preventive actions
• Supervised a team of 4 QC inspectors
• Established Purchased Materials, In-process & Final Products Inspection systems
• Determined the calibration requirement for monitoring & measuring devices, maintained the register and arranged for calibration in due time
• Prepared and implemented Projects Quality Plans / Inspection & Test Plans
• Investigated customer’s complaints, coordinated with internal & external parties to resolve the complaints
• Management representative for quality : arranged steering committee meetings, prepared data analysis reports for the top management review
• To visit the site and check that the product for installation is according to specifications
