Job Scope & Responsibilities:
•Operation and Maintenance of Switchgears make SCHENEIDER ELECTRIC, ABB, POWELL, WESCOSA and GE.
•Maintenance of UPS and Battery chargers.
•Maintenance of MV (13.8KV, 4.16KV) & LV (480V) Motors & MCC.
•Conduct toolbox meetings with superintendent for discussing safety and methods of completing job tasks.
•Trouble shooting, setting and testing of Motor Operated Valves.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of Overhead cranes and Elevators
•Trouble shooting, setting and testing of Heat Tracing System.
•Trouble shooting, setting and testing of (MOV) Motor Operated Valves.
•Maintenance of UPS and Battery chargers.
•Maintenance of MV (13.8KV, 4.16KV) & LV (480V) Motors & MCC.
•Knowledge in setting of Protective relays such as GE Multiline 750 Feeder management Relays, GE Multiline 745 Transformer management Relays, GE Multiline 369 & 469 Motor management relays, MM2 Motor management relays.
•Maintenance of plant equipment grounding systems.
•Maintenance of photocell controlled plant lighting & miscellaneous power
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of Overhead cranes make STAHL and DEMAG.
•Rack-in/ Rack-out of MV&LV Breakers in substation to support plant operation.
•Update the equipment data, history and maintenance records in SAP system.
•Troubleshooting of all the above electrical equipment, to support operations.
•Working on MCC (motor control center)
•Working in substation ( MCC, Switch Gear, UPS, battery charger, FSD )

•Simulation mode testing for medium voltage MCC and Low voltage MCC
•Overhauling of motors, breakers and magnetic contractor
•Responsibility to carry out internal inspections
