As a Unit IT Head, my major responsibility is to manage a Team of IT for the unit with multiple business entities and provide leadership and assistance for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
My further responsibilities are as follows:
• Manage, provides hardware and software maintenance, and recommendation about future planning and development of resources, while making sure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.

• Lead planning and implementation of new modules in ERP.
• Supervise the design, configure and testing phases.
• Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.
• Facilitate/ Participate in the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
• Apply company methodology to monitor project(s) or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
• Perform as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation.
• Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
Hardware/Network:
• To ensure proper Networking and LAN connectivity.
• To ensure fiber/radio connectivity between various units and head office and to ensure minimum downtime.
• Managing multiple servers, virtual machines, firewall & backup solutions.
• To suggest and manage hardware specification by reviewing requirements and can manage hardware inventories.
• Deal with IT suppliers and vendors.

Develops, plans, and implements the PrismERP system. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress for the PrismERP system. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
Responsible for leading all the projects related to new module implementations in PrismERP. Also responsible in maintaining resilient operations and support in PrismERP Application. Lead the production support activity for existing PrismERP implementation. Engage with appropriate business partners/customers to obtain requirements; should be able to effectively plan, execute and communicate the project progress to stakeholders.

Responsible for collaborating with business partners to analyze complex business processes, identify problems and develop alternative solutions. Plan the execution of system implementation and integration as well as system and data testing. Involve in project meetings for resolving project issues, providing cross - divisional system assignments and prioritization of projects.
Provide technical support to customers in solving product functionality problems. Responds to customers’ telephone queries, resolves software & hardware problems and recommends & implements corrective action and guides. Review more urgent and complex problems with product support. Maintain problem status and problem resolution records.
Work as a Business Analyst / Technical Consultant for some organizations. Assist them in the automation of the organizations in both software & hardware. I have to assist the IT teams of programmer and project managers in analyzing and implementing Enterprise Applications such as Financials, Human Resource Management and Supply Chain Management.
