I did my internship at Al Jaber group in the Aluminum extrusion branch of the company, getting involved with the maintenance team of the factory gave me a lot of knowledge when it comes to Aluminum extrusion machines, their mechanisms and how are they operated to get the perfect product for the clients. Moreover, with the help of the engineers there I worked on the maintenance and servicing of motors, pumps, compressors and heat exchangers in which I got an insight on how these mechanical components function to get the job done. I also worked on revising the manufacturer’s designs of the oven’s rollers and checked if the design with the dimensions mentioned do fit our requirements in our machines.
