Supervise the project named Al Raji commerical building, organize technicians & asissitants teams, estimate required matirals, preventive & corrective maintenance of Hvace chiller, chill water pumps, FCU, AHU, Packgad units, Split units.Replacements of mechanical and electrical components.Prepare job cards related to the project and direct report to maintenance manager.Deals with customers face to face.Stronge communication.Fluent in English.
Preventive & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, attend breakdown complaints, prepare log books of the HVAC plant.Attend tool box meetings with sub-contractors.Prepare required material reports.Direct report to maintenance supervisor.
Manage technicians and assistants teams as per programmed schedule of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning systems from the maintenance managers.Installation & maintenance of Hvac units, packaged units, split units, copper piping, welding, brazing, fixing of control valves, maintenance of ETS, Heat Exchangers, Chill water pumps and motors.Completed many projects through out United Arab Emirates and other Gulf states with technicians team assigned by Carea Air-Conditioning Pvt Lted.
Also completed marine projects of ships, tag boats, pilot boat of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning systems.
Attended safety courses i-e B.P.Amaco(Shariah Oil Field), Dubai Dry Dock.Passed Safety supervisor course from Dubai Aluminum(Dubal) in 2005.
