Responsible for the inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of plant equipment returned to the Warrington Depot. Ensuring that all work undertaken is safe and complies with Speedy Services safety standards. Completion of transfer sheets, test tickets and all associated inspection, repair and maintenance paperwork. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the inspection, testing, maintenance and repair requirements of the Company’s product range. Supporting the Workshop Manager/ Foreman including in the training of Depot and other Workshop Employees in the safe use, inspection and testing of hire equipment. Ensuring all repairs and maintenance is completed in accordance with manufacturer and Company standards, including carrying out comprehensive safety checks of all hire equipment before despatch/ when returned and completing and including all necessary documentation
BEng in Aeronautical Engineering: An engineering degree that focuses on key elements of aerospace studies such as analyse and test aeronautical and aerospace vehicles and associated technology, also maintenance or modification of an aircraft or an aerospace system
