Supervises Tellers' daily duties and activities, and examines reports of daily transactions within limits, regulations, and error-free to ensure enhanced customer satisfaction. Controls, distributes, and accounts for the cash, non-cash and security items held in the vault and maintains an adequate supply of cash at all time. Maintains cash and non-cash items within limits as per bank policies and accompanying procedures. Performs all end-of-day closing activities for the Tellers system and the vault, ensuring all closing procedures are carried out systematically. Attends to key clients personally to generate goodwill and to assist Tellers during heavy tra ffic ensuring both speed and accuracy. Ensures su fficient cash balances are maintained in all currencies.
