Joined Boubyan Bank as Senior Teller on 2006, and held several positions as follows:
(Senior Teller, Service Officer, Relationship Officer, Senior Relationship Officer, Operations Officer, Assistant Branch Manager, Operations Manger, Corporate Operations Manger & Manager - Corporate Operations Support).
Responsible for Corporate Operations Support Branches in 7 different locations. Have 10 operations managers & officers reporting directly to me. The Department holds 35 employees.
Mainly the department is responsible for all day to day operations related to the Corporate & Private segments handled in branches on daily basis.
Joined the bank as Teller on 2002 and promoted to Senior Customer Service Clerk on April 2005.
Handle all types of branch day to day transactions, also was dealing with retail products.
