▪ Create and maintain a safe, secure, and appropriate work environment for the company's staff by providing the ideal and required place, stationary, equipment, and utilities.
▪ Provide the required supplies by identifying needs such as maintenance, cleaning, mailing, and reception.
▪ Lead the negotiation with suppliers and service providers to achieve the best value to the company by getting the best cost effective & quality
▪ Manage all traveling requests between the company's staff and traveling agencies to achieve fast service, best price, and best reservation.
▪ Monitor the company's medical insurance policy by providing all the staff with the best health care and control the lost rate of the policy
▪ Ensure the company have all the relevant general insurance policies such as property, plant, money, and motors.
▪ Identify any insurance opportunity approaches which can protect company stockholder
▪ Manage the approved budget by providing the best on time cost effective services.
▪ Build strong relationships with company's suppliers and service providers
▪ Ensure that all administration database is accurate and up to date such as suppliers, company's property, insurance members, and utilities.
▪ Adhere the administration policy and procedures to the team and day to day work to apply the company's policies
▪ Manage the company's special event such as board members meeting and the annual events
▪ Manage the security companies contract and ensure the contract conditions are fulfilled and submit the monthly invoices for approval
