 Managing some FMCG key accounts working with Nielsen.
 Provide comprehensive analytical support to FMCG manufacturers to help them in making marketing/sales related decisions and building their strategy in the coming years.

 Communicate with other departments in Nielsen to insure the high quality and accuracy in the data and finalize all deliverables (Databases, Reports and Presentations).
 Support and sell services, enhance client relationships and satisfaction
 Support and sell consumer research services, enhance client relationships and satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
 Prepare methodologies, questionnaires, write and discuss proposals in compliance with client needs.
 Prepare budgets for each project.
 Work on the analysis and interpretation of results, provide feedback to clients, write reports and recommendations.
 Designs questionnaires and methodologies of collecting information for Consumer Research projects (qualitative and quantitative).
 Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications.
 Build and enhance relationships with Retailers (mainly Al Othaim) to entangle them and ensure continued co-operation, containing costs and / or method of data delivery to improve data quality.
