•Holding good relation with client management at all levels to insure facilitating any issues related to operation service quality, security & HSE issues
•Holding good relationship with all types of governmental officials to help & facilitate our business within the western desert area
•Monitor employee’s performance, review job contribution and communicating their jobs objectives & expectation, coaching, training and assisting, setting their schedules and forcing policies & implementing disciplinary actions when needed to maintain the targeted level of job delivery

•Set and manage a training plan for the maintenance team to improve personal experience and competences through available training courses in or out of Libya, hands on and self-training.
•Set and perform nationalization plan and recruit suitable candidates, communicate their training objectives, and expectation, lead and schedule their training, monitor and evaluate progress, set corrective actions & implement discipline as needed.
•Maintain high rate of Preventative Maintenance Inspection percentage, stress on preventive maintenance to reduce the unscheduled repairs and reduce equipment down time
•Plan and manage the maintenance department annual budget.
•Work closely with PM & L (Procurement - Material - Logistics) to reduce the parts stock level; maintain the and increase the turn rate without negative effect on the operation performance
•Note: During the Libya unrest I was transferred to India to the same position (
