- Direct all equipment repairs and monitor conditions of all equipment and spare parts in order to supply recommendations and manage the retrieval of necessary spare parts from both local and international sources.
- Plan and direct processing operation to assure that the production goals and targets are met, in accordance with established budgets. Responsible for formulating and meeting annual budgets and defining of risk and contingency plans to overcome any deviation from set targets.
- Manage health, safety, and environmental areas to ensure that the Plant facilities operate in compliance with regulations at all levels.
- Prepare schedules, operating plans and maintains production and inventory reports to ensure all manpower, tasking, and equipment and spare parts are overseen and organized efficiently.
- Coordinate with other functions including maintenance, technical, administrative, and also external parties to ensure excellence in production requirements.
