- Direct and manage all aspects of the plant and be responsible for the Profit and Loss of the operations

- Set the plant high level goals, objectives and work with the Plant department on attaining such goals by closely monitoring their operations.
- Develop the annual operating and capital budgets for the entire plant, by using forecasts received from CEO.

- Provide guidance and leadership to all departments to ensure effective and efficient flow of work.

- Direct and oversee the activities of all plant departments, ensuring work priorities are adhered to and critical problems are resolved in order to avoid impacts to the smooth operation of the plant.
- Provide strong and dynamic leadership for the plant.
- Design a strategic plan for significant and profitable growth, reflecting customer needs and market trends.

- Direct and manage all aspects of the plant and be responsible for the Profit and Loss of the plant operations.
- Direct all equipment repairs and monitor conditions of all equipment and spare parts in order to supply recommendations and manage the retrieval of necessary spare parts from both local and international sources.
- Plan and direct processing operation to assure that the production goals and targets are met, in accordance with established budgets. Responsible for formulating and meeting annual budgets and defining of risk and contingency plans to overcome any deviation from set targets.
- Manage health, safety, and environmental areas to ensure that the Plant facilities operate in compliance with regulations at all levels.
- Prepare schedules, operating plans and maintains production and inventory reports to ensure all manpower, tasking, and equipment and spare parts are overseen and organized efficiently.
- Coordinate with other functions including maintenance, technical, administrative, and also external parties to ensure excellence in production requirements.
- Oversee and direct all plant reports, equipment documentation and audit tasks in order to provide accessible information where required.
- Coordinate with managers and plant staff in order to be effective in the fabrication, service, mobilization and transportation of equipment.
- Direct and implement all plant budgets, coordinating with appropriate departments, to ensure cost-effective resource planning and maintenance.
- Organize and oversee training needs and procedures for employees to ensure proper. Training and development of all employees in operation, safety, and maintenance functions. Appraise and coach individuals so that all team members maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge in order to cope with demands of the assigned tasks.
