* Vendor Management. Managing all local and overseas vendors for the E-commerce operations. Working on the margins, assortment and pricing and sourcing for the online exclusive assortment.

* Providing Annual and Seasonal demand projections of quantities of E-commerce to the Buying team for departments for the Buying Budget of Babyshop.
* Planning promotional strategy for Babyshop’s E-commerce so as to achieve Sales Targets of Babyshop for E-commerce function.
Co-ordination with the Buying team on weekly and monthly drops of products to align the launch of products online.
* Merchandise Planning for the Baby and Child Category with respect to the brands, product mix and sales contribution.
* Analyze and review trends and sales on a weekly basis to ensure sales plan and KPI’s are in line with the budget.
*Planning promotional strategy for Babyshop’s E-commerce so as to achieve Sales Targets of Babyshop for E-commerce function.
* Inventory Management -Weekly sales and stock analysis to identify and take necessary actions to maximize the sales.
* Leading Cycle count team for correcting inventory errors.
* Analyze, monitor the inbound merchandise areas and pushing stock to daily replenishment location as per the sales as well as the vas activity.
* Plan, set up, monitor, and report on physical inventories.
* Creating season wise inventory report and pushing stocks to shop as per grade wise.
* Generating Various Inventory reports for Planners and warehouse management.
* Preparing purchase Return Advises and coordinate with Supplier.
* Planning, directing reverse logistics and make necessary report for management.
* Prepare stores (Compared with sales), Warehouse damage report and submit finance for write-off.
* Doing Coordination for receiving import shipments and reporting to planning team.
* Coordinate with warehouse supervisors for pre retails activities as per the merchandise requirement.
* Coordinating exports shipments and prepare Invoice, Packing list, and other required documents.
* Taking the overall responsibility of running the warehouse smoothly.
