other metrics and needs.
• Oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
• Facilitate IT security audits or investigations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors
and service providers & Stake Holders.
• Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning
(ERP).
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Plan, implement and maintain an information security program/management system that is integrated with the entity’s business processes;
• Coordinate with senior management on the development and maintenance of an up-to-date, entity-wide information assets register
• Plan for, develop, review and update an organization-wide information security risk assessment methodology, along with senior management;
• Ensure that appropriate operational controls are implemented to mitigate or address identified risks in the risk assessment exercise;
• Plan for and conduct periodic information security awareness activities/campaigns/training;
• Monitor IT operations, services, change management and security reports and logs;
• Administration of data leakage prevention system.
• Execute and Monitor all IT infrastructure-based activities, including installation of new hardware and backup/recovery, ensuring high availability.
• Ensure all systems follow corporate guidelines and policies.
• Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively.
• Work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timeframes.
• Monitors service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards and customer requirements.
• Professionally represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects.
• Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications.
• Interact and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, distributors and contract consultants.
• Maintain good working relationships with all service providers and vendor to ensure that services received meet expected requirements of contract.
• Train End users in learning new company-provided applications and assists in problem solving for applications issues
1. Supporting 700+ users for any IT related problems. 2. Installing and troubleshoot all windows based applications. 3. Configuring of desktops & laptops 4. Over 50 Customized application installations manually and via HP RADIA server (software packaging and assignment). 5. Service call logging, assigning and closing via HP Open View. 6. Providing support for MS outlook 2003 and 2007 clients. 7. Troubleshoot KVS problems on client side 8. Create and maintain Print queue on Various Servers for Dubai World Subsidiaries 9. Coordinate with Vendors for Warranty and services for Desktops, laptops and printers. 10. Coordinate with BU coordinators to ensure IT services are available before new offices are setup.

Developing Customer Relationship management (CRM’s) application for Automobile Dealer - Gandhi Automobiles, Authorized Dealer for Hero Honda Motors PVT LTD.
Responsibilities:
• Gather requirement from user
• Design Front end of application using VB 6, enabling multiple users to update the Inventory, Customer Records, End user access management.
• Generating reports of sales done using Crystal Reports
• Maintain Database on SQL Server 2003
• Provide support for outlook 2003, Windows XP.
