1. Manage and participate in the creation of Mechanical and Electrical Building Information Models with multiple teams. 2. Developing all Mechanical & Plumbing drawings ‐
Water Supply, Firefighting, Drainage, Smoke Management, LPG Drawings etc. for the project.
3. Preparing Electrical system layouts‐ Power distribution, Lighting, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm systems & other Low current systems based on the project scope. 4. Preparing Panel schedule, Single Line diagrams, Cable sizing, Breaker sizing, and Voltage Drop calculations.
5. Detail design of HVAC system involving thermal load calculations, windows schedule and U value preparation, designing and routing of ducts and pipes, etc.
6. Duct sizing, Chilled Water Piping Design, Sprinkler system & Sizing with Proper distribution to ASHRAE standards.
7. Prepare drawings for Authority Submission's like DM, DEWA, DCD approval etc. complying its regulation & requirements.
8. Experienced with Drafting across all stages of the project including Concept design, Schematic design, Design development, Contract documentation.
9. Preparing Tender Documents & Assisting the team in the issuance.
Multitasking with other Design & Documentation works, representing the client for our projects.
1. Responsible for Designing ‐ Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Drainage, Water Supply, Irrigation etc.
& Schematic Riser diagrams for systems.
2. Link architectural & structural Revit model for preparing MEP model.
3. Responsible for modeling of MEP Services.
4. Sizing of ducts using Eductulator.
5. Working with HAP. Gather data’s required for Design calculations and define it to HAP. Generate
design reports from HAP required for preparing HVAC Equipment schedule.
6. Design Chilled water layout & its Schematic diagram.
7. Responsible for preparing drawings for Civil Defence approval, complying its requirements.
8. Preparing DM Green Building Drawings for Thermal Load sections, Window schedules & Load
summery.
9. Preparation of Equipment Schedule, Drainage Manhole Schedule, Pump schedule etc.
10. Preparing quantity take‐off & Estimation.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings such as Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, cable block diagrams, equipment and cable routing layouts, lighting layouts, earthing and lightning protection layouts, Standard Installation drawings for Power, Lighting and Earthing, interconnection diagram etc. based on the project scope.
• Designing of power distribution systems including associated load, fault current and voltage drop calculations.
• Carry out design reviews at appropriate intervals during the design process with the Lead Engineer.
• Carry out detailed design coordination with other disciplines.
- Design Electrical system of various Residential, High rise, Commercial & Industrial Buildings as per specification.
- Preparing Load schedule, Single Line diagram for Electrical systems.
- Voltage Drop calculations.
- Design and sectional details of Substation and Electrical room.
- Preparing Water supply, Drainage drawings
- Preparing HVAC fittings plans.
- Preparing Telephone, MATV, CCTV, Fire fighting, Fire Alarm & Security Layouts
- Praparation Of Coordination Layout -All MEP Services.
- Archiving Drawings, Submittals etc.
- Preparing & maintaining the Drawings Submission Log.
- Tracking of consultant’s submittals and assign workflows for design review process
- Working with Precast panels coordinating MEP with Structural & Architectural drawings.
