● Developing and directing the implementation of a new factory for gypsum wall panels in Makkah with a production capacity of 162, 000M2 Per year.
● Negotiating strategic and operational directives; negotiating and producing contracts worth over SR300, 000.
● Developing production strategy, producing equipment specifications, sourcing, supplier communications and quality checks, contracting and commissioning civil work, within budget.
● Established and developed the Construction Materials Trading division of SZ Group.
● Approached and realized new business partnerships for the flagship company; developed company identity creating an online presence, new communication and marketing products
● Worked under independent initiative to reduce waste and costs through the principles of Lean; improving productivity and efficiency through streamlining the software used across the business, saving time and reducing human error.

● Led the Trim and Final associates team, motivating colleagues to meet targets and engage in professional development
● Developed the manufacturing process and supported the launch of EDS and EM systems of the Range Rover Evoque, and successfully delivered project’s milestones.
● Collaborated with and presented to cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams, overcoming challenging design issues.
● Auditing and approving components design to ensure they meet the manufacturing standards using Process FMEA, Complexity assessment, 3D design reviews and error proofing.
