Roles & Responsibilities:
o Act as product manager for one of the main products of quTIP
o Managed more than 5 projects scaled as medium
o Development of project plan with assistance of project team
o Manage risks and contingency plan
o Oversee implementation of project plans, monitor progress, resource usage and quality to promote corrective actions as early as possible
o Customer engagement starting from project planning till closure phase. Negotiate customer’s concerns, changes and feedback
o Business analysis panning
o Requirements elicitation, management and documentation
o Manage prototypes and mockups whenever needed
o Requirements analysis and SRS documentation
o Review the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery
o Manage and review delivery plans including deployments, deliverables, delivery timeline, trainings agenda and SLA support
o Develop status and performance reports with different levels of interest according to intended audience
o Validate deliverables according to requirements before final delivery
Roles & Responsibilities:
o Project manager assistance in project plan preparation
o Work closely with internal team as integration point to facilitate team communication
o Communication channel between internal team, project manager and customer
o Clarify and resolve business and team conflicts during implementation
o Gather and consolidate project measurements and progress information in order to develop status and performance reports for the project manager
o Customer engagement in execution, and delivery phases.
o Business analysis panning
o Requirements elicitation, management and documentation
o Prepare prototypes and mockups which are used in requirements elicitation sessions
o Requirements analysis and SRS documentation
o Apply adhoc and regression testing upon delivery
Roles & Responsibilities:
o Prepare test plan and schedule.
o Raise flags and escalations to the right channel when needed to the extent of stopping the delivery to the quality manager and project manager.
o Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to deal with them.
o Review test cases & make sure that they were written in a descriptive, structured and understandable way.
o Anticipate how the customer will use the system and suggests enhancements accordingly.
o Execute adhoc testing which included complex scenarios.
o Monitor execution of test cases and track error rate to raise flag on time.
o Monitor bugs closure rate and rejection rate to take corrective action early enough.
o Contact project manager and raise status report for testing activities and status.
