• Maintain employee attendance records and prepare payroll sheets.
• Generate salary slips for employees.
• Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.
• Update databases with confidential information.
• Source CVs from various job boards and media sources.
• Coordinate and confirm interviews via email.
• Coordinate employee events and activities.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Preserve, tag, and update location of received materials in the system.
• Verify received articles against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming materials for wear, damage, or defects.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts and manage stock levels.
• Control inventory, including identification of slow-moving items.
• Identify and locate hazardous materials in designated areas.
• Generate delivery reports and maintain material status records.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on received and shifted materials.
• Shift or move material as per client requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in stock and work areas.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide online email support to customers for an internet networking-based e-commerce mobile application.
• Document and report major problems faced by customers with the products to the concerned department.
• Train new employees in the tech support division.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
