1-Independently manage a loan portfolio (Risk and Revenue responsibility), negotiate & close transactions so as to meet budgeted revenue within acceptable risk parameters, and enhance the existing portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships.
2-Identify and market new business to achieve the budgetary targets.
3-Prepare Credit Applications and ensure all required details are provided to the Credit Committee.
4-Work closely with other business heads so as to conclude business opportunities in the best interest of the Bank.
5- Market the Bank’s various products.
6-Manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.
