1. Designed, Reviewed & Approval of Feeder and Distribution Fiber, Civil Network, BOQ, Cost estimation, Route Selection, fiber Management and P2P Solutions for almost all the areas of Dubai including Dubai Airports, DAFZA, Various Head Quarter and the Palaces etc.
2. Planning and Design of FTTM (OSP&ISP) for the Backhauling GSM sites on GPON Technology for Dubai Airports, DAFZA and other areas of Dubai.
3. Provided Professional & Technical Consultancy for FTTX, FTTM, FTTH projects by Preparation of Design Guidelines for Standard GPON Networks.
4. Conversion of Legacy Network to FTTH/GPON Using various methods of design like Route selection, diversity routes, optical losses etc
5. Telecom Solution provisioning to major corporate customers like Banks, Dubai Airport, Cargo Village, Forex Companies, Government Sector etc.
6. Successfully planned and supervised the Telecom Network relocation for road works, Dubai Metro, Dubai Airport Expo, DAFZA and most of the locations in Dubai UAE.
7. Liased with various Authorities such as RTA, Dubai Municipality, Consultants (DAR), Contractors (ALEC, ADPI, AL NABOODAH), Customers (DCA & Dubai Airport Engineering Projects) for Relocation works, telecom network requirements, NOC Approval and timely completion of the Projects.
8. Managed and monitored the Structure cabling for buildings and link cables for GSM Sites in all Dubai areas.
9. Planned and supervised the construction of Manholes, Joint boxes, duct network, Cable tray containment, Cabinets/FDHO bases and Exchange Buildings.
10. Prepared and approved a vast number of Progress Report for management, BOQs, quotations, as-built drawings, material cost and contractor's payment.
11. Inspected project sites to monitor progress and ensuring design specifications and safety standards.
12. Lead a team of many engineers and supervisors for civil construction works and Quantity take off as per the drawing requirements
13. Project planning, site survey, setting layout of various building works like Bank's Training center, Etisalat Academy, Exchange Buildings, staff accomodations and G+3 residential Buildings.
14. Project Supervision of construction activities like concrete in foundation, beams, slabs, superstructure and all types of finishing and block works.
15. Submission of proposal of materials to the consultants as per the contract requirement
16. Site management for Quantity, Quality, cost control, manpower control and project progress at sites.
17. Coordination between client, consultant and subcontractor to assure timely completion of the projects
