• Monitoring all construction activities to ensure that Contractor comply with the requirement of health and safety standard
• Review all submittals (including site plans and method of statements) and given approvals to the contractor after reviewing
• Issue SOR, NCR, improvement notices, work prohibition notices for continues improvements
• Prepare weekly HSE MOM and conduct HSE meetings with contracting team to address the site issues.
• Conduct weekly joint HSE site walk with Contracting and consultant management to address the site issues
• Conduct documented pre-deployment safety orientation with new site employees or returnees prior to mobilization to project site. checks and ensure compliance of site work force with the approved safe work permit system and procedure in the project
• Ensuring that approved project safety plan is operated at site.
• Conducted site safety inspections to identify the hazards and ensure only safe work method in operation
• Conduct inspection for welfare and first Aid facilities are enough, appropriate P.P.E provided and properly worn
• Ensure that all safety plans of sub-contractor approved
