Conduct laboratory tests according to the approved sequence of ITP.
Suggest suppliers to improve the quality of materials.
Ensure that all concrete raw materials are being procured by approved vendors.
To verify also that all raw material test results reports have been submitted to
the client.
Random checking of the batch.
Monitor concrete pouring.
Check calibration of the plant.
Make sure that concrete is being batched as per approved mixing proportions.
Check the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant
documentation.
Keep record of all mix designs used at our project.
Monitor the third party independent qualified inspection and testing agency for
the Surveying, Concreting and Material tests
Check slump, temperature of every truck batch.
Check temp of chilled water, ph., TDS of mixing water
Inspection of QA/QC procedure of client/consultant
Proper documentation of QA/QC files.
Coordinate with subcontractors, third-party laboratories, and consultants to facilitate various field tests and maintain comprehensive records of these tests. Conduct internal verification and inspections to implement corrective and preventive actions for Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and deficiencies identified by the QA QC team on-site.
Address QA QC issues, suggest corrective actions, and determine solutions during QA QC meetings and site walks with the Execution Team and subcontractors. Coordinate and conduct snagging and de-snagging inspections with subcontractors, the site team, and consultants.
● Conduct Concrete, Soil & aggregate tests in Lab
● Preparing laboratory test reports
● Check the concrete quality at site
● Review and check the invoice for projects.
● Review and advice for approval the source suppliers of materials
● All type of material sampling, testing and test reports as per ASTM, AASTHO & ACI

● Involve in making the Lab Schedule for Rock and Soil testing.
● Site inspections, fieldwork supervision, rock and soil sampling and logging, project
management
● Planning detailed field investigations by drilling and analyzing samples of
deposits/bedrock.
● Coordinating with client representatives during the execution of the project, site
supervisions (drilling activities including cable percussion, conventional rotary drilling,
monitoring SPT and CPT). Preparation of laboratory schedules as per the requirement of
the project.
● Geological logging of rocks and soils as per BS 5930, 1999Code of Practice for Site
Investigations and ASTM D 2488
● Insitu testing, Permeability Testing includes Packer Testing (single & double) variable
head, constant head, rising head.
● Supervision of construction of all related civil works according to drawing and
specification.
● Earth work, concrete works, reinforcement, shuttering work, waterproofing and epoxy
paint as per drawing, specification and design.
● Witnessing the laboratory tests
● Preparing daily report and progress report
● Implementation of QA / QC Procedures and Methods
● Check the slump, temperature and cubes filling for blind concrete and structural concrete
● To make sure strict implementation of HSE rules
● Study of method statements for various activities
● Making sure that all the activities are going / implemented as per approved drawings and
client specifications and reporting accordingly.
● Reporting immediately of site technical issues to the Civil engineer
● Make sure all the finishing work is carried on carefully according to the specified design.
