My current role is Deputy Manager of Sale & Logistic Department under Marketing Division and my direct reporting is to Staff General Manager of Department and General Manager of Marketing Division.

My main responsibilities/duties are as under:

1. Sale Management:

Sale Planning according to the annual sale target.
Products planning on monthly and quarterly basis for product mix (07 products) according to annual sale target assign by higher management (JAPAN).
Scheduling of import of CBU vehicles from principal and other vendors.
Forecasting of product demand and managing its supply accordingly at all over Pakistan at our 85 authorized dealers.
Schedule of distribution of product to dealers according to demand and make sure the availability of products in all regions.
Products sale analyzing in different traits.
Reporting the Competitors activities related to new products launching, product sale, prices and other services.
Reporting to higher management the dealer’s performance by analyzing category wise, region wise dealer’s performance.
Monitoring and responsible the complete cycles of order processing, invoice processing and delivery processing.
Training of dealer sale team in Retail sale/Corporate sale for Product awareness, customer handling, price quotation, value added services.
Monitoring the Export Sale, (order receiving, documents preparation etc.).

2. Logistic Management:
Controlling the Vehicles Transportation from Plant to Dealer through Car Carrier (process development and operation).
Transporter Engagement for transportation services.
Vehicles parking and tracking system development.

3. Dealer’s Business Profitability Analysis:
Analyzing the dealer’s business profitability in different segment like, Sales of new vehicles 2W and 4W, Spare Parts, After Sales Service, Insurance Program, Finance Program, Extended Warranty Program and Used Car Program.
Monitoring the authorized dealer’s activities in different profit centre.
Chart of Accounts setup for dealership business.
Training of dealer owner for their business Profitability.

4. MIS Reporting and Data Analyzing:
Working IT for development of various report and charts for monitoring different factor of sales and marketing such as Sales, Market, competitor, product etc.
Currently working on Data mining and warehousing project with IT to develop more precise reports.
Responsible for developing, improving MIS reporting, “DASHBOARD” developing using ERP Query Tools with IT department.

5.Business Process Development.
BP developed 1, Invoice Process, 2. Distribution Process, 3. Logistic Process, 4. Vehicles Parking System, 5. Payment Collection, etc.
6. ERP Power User:
Responsible for developing of systems related to run functions of Marketing Division like invoicing, distribution, stocking, logistic on ERP system.
Checking the process in test environment and finalized the process developed in ERP.
Development of user manuals.
End user training.
Master Setup (Models, Versions, Colors), Price Master Setup, Customer/Dealer Master Setup and Bank Master Setup, Document Sequence Setup (Invoice Document, Certificate Document, Booking Order Document, Sales Return), etc. (Sales Distribution and Sales Accounting Modules).
Order Creation Process development (received from Dealers).
Payment Processing (Receiving, Depositing Realizing and Reconciling) and Sales Return Processing.
Good understanding of warehouse operation i.e. stock ordering, receiving, issuance.
Familiar with production cycle from product/item master creation. BOM issuance shop wise ordering and consumption of inventory and finally finished goods.
Performing Extraction of data from Stock, Orders, Allocations and others files by using ERP Query tools.
