 To Provide excellent customer service.  To assist clients/guests with special needs.  To responsible for taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff  To clear and clean tables, trays and chairs  To describe and advise on wine selection.  To be greet customers, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions about food and beverage.  To be responsible for ordering and maintaining an inventory of wings and wine glassware  To maintains all equipment, work areas, and store areas properly.  To responsible for advising on menu selection.  To distribution of food and beverages, as directed.  To describe menu items, including daily specials to customer.  To be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns.
