Responsibilities
--Keep stationary and office supplies stocks at the required level to fulfill office requirements and record keeping.
--Ensure efficient planning of vehicle movement to ensure the optimal utilization of the WV fleet.
--Ensure Asset Record up-to-date, Asset Maintenance & Repairing.
--Support Team Leaders & other field staff to manage their routine tasks and targets and beside that Supporting Commodity Officer, Commodity Manager & Admin Officer.
--Organize Workshops, Staff Trainings, Weekly Meetings, Reflection Sessions, and other events (Excellent in Organizing Events) .
--Maintain both Printed and Electronic records for audit purposes.
-- Look after both Ware Houses of WV, Team House & Office .
--Responsible for Making Transporter Payments and its Record keeping and Approvals.
--Responsible for dealing with vendors for Rates, Quality and timely delivery of Products and services.
--Responsible for Support Staff Duties’ allocation & their Performance Appraisal .
--Dealing with Labor payments at Ware houses and for Field.
Key Working Relationship
--Internal: Country Manager(Program), Commodity Officer, Field Coordinator, Admin Officer, Ware House Supervisor, Support Staff, drivers, Procurement Officer, and Procurement Assistant.
--External: Rental Vehicle drivers, local carpenters, electricians and local venders and others.
I was appointed in GL-4 in Sept 2010 but after 3 months promoted in GL-5 by Enest Shoniwa(Country Manager).
