4-So when we had to launch an advocacy campaign to highlight the sufferings of flood affected people then I floated some new ideas for example we have a launched art contest among 7 Schools in Kech. Through mentors we did carry out the contest and later an exhibition has been launched. Mono logue theater and hygiene songs were the new creation which I have given to the team.
5-I have taken lead in developing behavioral change communication Materials
1-Established and managed a Gender Resource Center for providing support to staff and community members.
2-Worked with Community based organization, journalists, health professionals, on the theme of Gender and Developed under the scope of work we have sensitized some 300 individuals/profesionals.
3-We have conducted Research on gender issue, and built Advocating campaign
4-I have organized discussion forum space were given to national level politicians and experts to present their point of view and providing learning to learners.
5-I have developed CBOs Database and published a CBOs Directory
6-I have developing reports and thematic information for Resource Center’s users and for general stakeholders.
7-I have formed a gender network of CBOs, NGOs and individuals to tackle the task of gender and development.
1-I did survey of the market for procurement. Worked as site manager and maintained record and supervised the engineering team and construction workers.
2. When the camp was unmanaged I was called to find the loopholes so I did manage the camp and organized the working team of drivers and field staff.
Responsibilities:
1-I was inducted in the team when the company was new in the market and developing a cliental base was difficult. I did a survey and later we did launch sale promotion campaign. In the result of that we have got an ample no of clients in the market.
