• Media buying for Land Rover, Jaguar, Ford, Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdales, Bvlgari, Gucci, Gap, Crate & Barrel, Banana Republic, D & G, Jimmy Choo, Narcizo Rodriguez.
• Liaise with Marketing Operations Team and principals to finalize media/marketing plans and quarterly budgets for their marketing activities.
• Develop a campaign after understanding the brand, product and their expectation from the campaign.
• Working on range of options including print, outdoor, radio with more focus on online ads.
• Negotiating rates and closing range of yearly deals with media suppliers.
• Handling budgets of over AED 25 million across the ME region.
• Manage coordinators to effectively get all the campaigns executed.
• Liaising with publications for artwork and monitoring the positions of the ads.
• Liaise with Marketing & Operations Teams and principals for artwork.
• Helping buyer to evaluating new media titles, web sites and outdoor locations.
• Submitting weekly report to management for each client spent.
• Liaise with accounts dept for invoicing and clearing payments.
