Coordinating with clients on preopening of projects and assisting with the total hotel supplies and furnishing, also working with existing clients.
Conduct research on projects, preparing estimation of packages and segregation of the data.
Sending the request for Quotation to the suppliers following on the request to match description, specification, and standards of five-star hotels and clients’ requirements to fulfil the prerequisite.
Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers for production of goods and items, requesting preproduction samples to make sure that the quality of product is up to the client satisfaction and approvals.
Tracking the shipments and involving in the logistic job ensuring all the requirements of the customers are met on time in an efficient and safe manner. To coordinate with third party logistics. To ensure that there is a safe and timely dispatch of goods. To draft plans, policies, and procedures for successful implementation of logistics system. To ensure that the business goals of the organization are in synchronization with the logistics system. To create and maintain customer support. To maintain coordination with vendors, service providers and transport carrier.
Managing warehouse inventory /performing inventory maintenance and controlling and organizing- receiving
/inspection/storage/dispatching process.
Organizing manpower for section level activities to ensure maximum manpower utilization.
Managing quality checking process for inbound inventory and managing cycle count process and stock reconciliation and Annual count process
Forecasting containers and effective storage utilization
Preparing inventory dashboard daily for updating to top level management
Claim Management/CAPA/Maintenance Order/Disposal
