I have over one year of experience as an Academic Counselor with a UAE-based company that provides educational services to students across the UAE and other GCC countries. I secured this position through my college placement program and have gained valuable experience in student counseling, client engagement, lead management, sales, and marketing.

In my role, I have been responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding prospective students through course selection and enrollment, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-up strategies.

Alongside my professional experience, I successfully completed a Digital Marketing course, which enhanced my knowledge of digital marketing concepts, social media marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and online customer engagement.
