Civil & Structural requirements, technical specifications, cost
estimations and appointment of contractors.
• Work with the Project Manager, LEED compliance officers,
Construction Mangers and technical staffs to establish key
performance indicators for critical Civil & Structural parameters on
the project.
• Ensure the documentation have been done as required such as PQD,
Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, Method of statement, As
Built-Drawings etc.
• Raise NCR to the non-confirming procedures and practices in the
department and review discrepancies and discuss. Decide the action
required on the discrepancies through RFI if required and ensure that
the RFI is reviewed by Main Contractor department.
• Review the supervision consultants procedures for quality checks
and site inspections for Civil & Structural and monitor processes to
address all Civil & Structural site related issues.
