- Brief staff about flight details and review all procedures to ensure all satff aware with the flydubai and different countries, authorities
regulations
- Provide assistance to customers on arrival and departure, ensuring high quality and professional customer service is maintained at all times.
- Monitor the arrival immigration problems such as Inad and Deportee passnegers while ensuring adherence to all procedures with regard to travel.
- Supervise check-in process including 'queue-combing' to keep customers informed of checking delays, identifying and giving priority
to Premium customers and ensure service standards are maintained.
- Assist in the preparation, completion of pre and post flight documentation and information to ensure all data is accurately accounted for.
- Solve problems resulted by as delays, disruptions, denied boarding including implementation of options within the guidelines provided by the Supervior on Duty and compliance with company Terms and
Conditions in such situations.
- Manage ramp operations and ensure compliance with flydubai procedures and regulations by GHA team
