· Collect shipping documents consigned to QR Subsidiary.
· Verify and check attached documents.
· Prepares Customs declaration for shipment inspection.
· Record any damages during inspection.
· Liaise with authorities to ensure goods are cleared.
· Liaise with other agencies related to customs system (mailing and phone calls).
· Liaise with customer’s queries and requests.

Coordinate logistics operations with other organizations in the Area
•Managing vessel loading and discharge
• Maintain and update records of outgoing and incoming cargos from and to the warehouse facilities
•Maintain professional relationships with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
•Prepare all necessary shipping documents with the correct destination labels.
•Reconcile waybill documents and orders to ensure incoming shipment conforms to order specifications.
•Distribute contents to the right warehouse.
•Accomplish warehouse goods movement flow reports.
•Managing safety.
•Managing staff.
