Managed a construction firm in Dubai. Company was founded in 2015. From 2015- 2017 acted as a silent partner. In 2017 joined the company as managing director. Completed 4 Turn key Construction projects within 2 years.
Main responsibility was project management, procurement and cost control.

I started as a sales engineer in Zamil Steel Co. in 1999 and then promoted to Special Projects manager before proposing the business plan for establishing a new company under Zamil Industrial Co. in 2007 for the fabrication and supply of building envelopes including sandwich panels, single skin panels and all related accessories. The company handled the design, fabrication, supply and installation of the building envelopes. The company as achieved an outstanding sales and production record as well as high profit margins and was ranked among the leaders in the Saudi market within a very short time.

• Co-founded and scaled PU sandwich panel manufacturing division from scratch; achieved 30% market share in Saudi Arabia — the
highest in the industry
• Grew production to 2.5 million sqm/year peak output; established as exclusive preferred supplier to multiple Tier-1 companies.
• Exported to 12+ countries across Africa and Asia, consistently meeting delivery and quality targets
• Managed full P&L including sales & marketing, plant operations, raw materials, and manpower budgets across a SAR 300M+ revenue

• Introduced new production technologies to increase capacity and reduce unit manufacturing costs
