Besides I headed a team during pre-construction to prepare tender documents including short listing, pre-qualification evaluation Report, carry out all necessary technical analysis based on the prequalification form and criteria.
Advise the Employer for selection the applicants who are invited to submit their financial offer.
Awarding, prepare the contract agreement book for the construction project including but not limited to particular conditions, forms of tender, Guarantees, Agreements, and all supplementary Data besides to the General conditions of Contract (FIDIC - RED Book)

This project is a package of three parcels, total area up to 55000 m2 which includes Retail nodes, town houses/retails for the stage 1, beside tower in the next stage at cost of 157millions Qatar riyals etc.
Responsible for supervising all site staff and delegating activities to achieve high standard performance, prepare periodical status report, monitoring the performance of the contractor on site, supervising the necessary laboratory test, examine any technical proposal, preparing variation orders, arranging monthly progress meeting, keep records and study all submittals, drawing's and revision with concerned senior engineers, verity and recommend the contractors payments, verifying update progress using P3.1 (PRIMAVERA)

Project: Mushata Pharmaceutical Complex, Al Hikma
This project is a complex with total area up to 11000 m2 which includes beside administrative offices, roads, infra structure, penicillin production units etc.
Responsible for supervising all site staff and delegating activities to achieve high standard performance, prepare periodical status report, monitoring the performance of the contractor on site, supervising the necessary laboratory test, examine any technical proposal, preparing variation orders, arranging monthly progress meeting, keep records and study all submittals, drawing's and revision with concerned senior engineers, verity and recommend the contractors payments

The project consists of main building a total area of 2500m2 includes food, microbiology, chemistry, organic prep. And inorganic labs
Responsible to prepare schedule layout, cost profile legend and follow up the different packages to meet their contractual obligation.

2001- 1984: Jordan Armed Forces - Jordan
Jordan Armed Forces, during services I participate the following:
➢ Senior Engineer / Royal Corps of Engineer / Supervision Department.
During this time as a senior engineer, he act a role as a member of the head office support i.e. to provide necessary assistance and support, periodic visits, participate in regular or special meeting as per site works requirements, study technical matters for more than 20 projects.
➢ Project Manager /Supervision Department
I headed the Construction team to undertake a housing complex for brigade and battalion of total. 11200 m2. meter-Ruashid and A project is utilized for administrative accommodation for around 20, 000 privates plus required infra structure and roads.
➢ High way Design Pavements and maintenance of Road Dept.
During the time I were a head of dept. Responsible for managing the team for preparing and tendering all related, works contract Roads including asphalt works of a total area (800, 000) sqm.
Supervising and follow up all administrative, contract issues, laboratory test, technical issues, Asphalt -Mid design and productivity.

➢ Senior Engineer - Supervision department / Foreign Project Staff Officer
During this time he play the role of head office support for special projects i.e. military hospitals, malls of higher contract sum, provide necessary assistance and support both in technical and contractual issues. Participate in studying variation orders, study proposals, participate in special meeting, and participate in committees i.e. those related to contract, tendering, accomplishment, pre-qualification of contractors for special projects.

Specialized clinics for Prince Rashid Bin Al-Hassan Military Hospital, total area 5000 m2, a specialized clinic for surgery, dental etc.
During this time he play the role of the resident engineer from supervising all staff and activities to achieve high standard of performance up to verity and recommend contractors payments
➢ Pavement & Maintenance of Roads Eng.
During this time he was responsible for supervise and approve all testing and quality control activities through out the project construction, checking and approving all asphalt mix design and material sources established by the contractor for the project setting out work.
