Preparation of Budget and Budget Control
• The preparation of the annual budget package according to the business needs and the submitted information from the different divisions
• The preparation of the detailed trial balances for the budget matching with budget package and distribute all the details to the concern departments.
• Review all the business cases needed for the approval of the budget (CAPEX & OPEX) and ensure it meets the business needs.
• Ensure with the Budget manager and reporting accountants in monitoring compliance with budget limits.
• The uploading of the detailed TB in the ERP and the Hyperion.
• A preparation of the monthly compared reports per cost centre and distributes it to all divisions.
• Produce regular and ad hoc budget & financial statistics and reports.
• Prepare all the reports or presentations needed by the management or can help in the development of the performance.
• Contribute appropriately to development of Company and business finance control process, providing input to forecasting financial implications of proposed business change/growth.
• Prepare the monthly management KPIs presentation and can also present.
Supervised the contact centre representatives to ensure customers obtain prompt service, accurate information and resolution of complaints. Increase the knowledge, expertise and productivity of the contact center representatives under their direct responsibility
- Track individual performance of contact center representatives through: call quality monitoring, ACD statistics, on-the-job observation and overall productivity
