Provide Administrative support to the Department.
Responsibility:
• Preparing and editing PowerPoint and Word documents
• Proactive meeting coordination, managing attendance & preparing
documentation as required
• Follow up on meeting actions requiring completion by relevant parties
• Plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables
meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
• Responsible for the preparation of develop an understanding of the KPMG
• audit approach, methodology & tools.
• Perform Formatting & editing of audit documents, such as Engagement letters,
Financial Statements etc.

• Preparing of invoices and departmental reports
• Handle departmental administrative affairs
• Travel arrangements (i.e., Visas, airline bookings, hotel reservation)
• Document management, including handling of confidential information
• Provide assistance in preparing presentation and official memos
• Preparing Minutes of Meetings
Experience Summary
Manage retirement plan services accounts of customers.
Responsibilities:
• To evaluate and process participant’s request for medical bills, tuition bills, foreclosure notice and eviction notice etc.
• Calculating the approvable amount
• Communicating with customers
• Approving new loans of the customers, after the assessment of his documents
• Distribute the cash through new loans, hardship or distribution
