Establishing the Branch from inception with all the logistics and planning, policies & procedures. Followed by Designing Job descriptions and assigning roles and responsibilities. Negotiating terms of business with different providers and agreeing the training and implementation of the same. Designing the remuneration and incentive structure to keep the staff motivated and on the growth path.
Responsible for the overall profitability of the Branch and reporting directly to the General Manager.
• Recruiting, training, developing and managing a team of Wealth Management Specialist and Financial Planning Consultants serving the medium to high net worth individuals of U.A.E., to realize their future goals and aspirations in line with international Anti-Money Laundering procedures
• Responsible for implementing offshore financial planning solutions for the target customers.
• Supervised strategies for the management of wealth of the local and expatriate community
Starting a career in the UAE with one of the leading Architectural & Interior Designing Consultants which had some of the most prestigious projects in the region at the time from Egypt, Lebanon to the UAE.Worked under the direct supervision of the well known brothers Lucien & Bernard Cassia in a team of dedicated Architects, Interior Designers & Engineers of various discipline.
