Currently I am working with Huawei at CEM Project (Customer Experience Management) for a major Mobile telecom operator, CEM Smart Care solution helps to achieve carriers excellent network performance, service quality, and user experience by changing their traditional way of network operation and maintenance (O&M), shifting focus from traditional KPIs to customer experience, shifting from passive customer support to proactive customer experience assurance and retention. My roles in the project is on Plaftorm side which consist of over 400 server machines, SUSE OS, different databases PostgreSQL, Sybase IQ, Hadoop and SAN storage and Network Switches. My Areas of responsibilities are Operation, management and troubleshooting of Servers, databases and SAN storage.
Key Contributions:-
 Operation, manage and troubleshooting Hadoop 250 nodes cluster Suse linux base by FusionInsight
 Operation, manage and troubleshooting of two Sybase IQ Multiplex database cluster one is 40 nodes and other one is 30 nodes based on SUSE Linux.
 Operation, manage and troubleshooting of 100 nodes In memory Computing cluster Suse linux base
 Administration and management of PostgreSQL 8.3 database.
 Tomcat Web Applicatoin server operation and management
 Managing supporting and troubleshooting of EMC VNX 5500, 5700, 5800 and 8000 by Unisphere WebUI.SP collect and emcgrabs to share with vendor for troubleshooting and analysis purpose.
 Manage &administer application layer, OS layer, hadoop security by Kerbrose and database security.

 Work with product and vendor support technical teams as needed to resolve production issues, troubleshoot symptoms, and conduct root cause analysis with remediation plans or solutions
 Performance monitoring and analysis of Web Application Server, Hadoop cluster, Sybase IQ Multiplex Servers Cluster and IMC cluster based on Linux platform.
 Performed task automation through shell scripting by cronjob scheduling and AT.
 Fetching 2G, 3G and 4G KPI data from database by WebUI and SQL script, analysis the data and compare the different interfaces data with Live network to check any data discripency
 Ensure 100% data availability to service team and check if there is any data lost accure on platform
 To ensure an un-interrupted availability(99.99% uptime) of critical Operations Support System (OSS) tool as required for analysis of carrier network performance optimization
 Fulfill managed SLA and 100% KPI commitment. Resolve the TT escalated by L1 according to SLA given period of time. Contact with customer for OSS related issue PAT, OIL and new requirements
 Weekly network traffic performance report, monthly KPI, monthly TT SLA report send to customer.
