A distinguished military career spread over 3 decades (1984-2014) at executive and challenging appointments primarily in the field of logistics, administration and HR management. The assignments include one year under auspices of the UN Headquarters New York on peace keeping mission in Ivory Coast with following professional distinctions:-
• Commander Corps Logistics.
Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the provision of a whole range of logistics including food supplies, petroleum products technical support, ordnance materials and transport assets for about 60000 personal deployed over complete Sind province and parts of Punjab with additional responsibility of conducting disaster management operations with special reference to flood relief operations through out Sind province’s civilian population during 2010-2011
• Chief Administration Officer.
Responsible for routine administration, finance management welfare, career management, discipline, legal matters, HR management and other welfare projects of a Corps of 40000 personal / spread over Sind province during 2008 to 2010. The key assignment involves intimate interaction with the coveted three star military executive i.e Corps Commander and senior civil beauracracy.
• Service with United Nations (UN).
One year assignment with the United Nations at the prestigious appointment of UN Military Observers Team Leader comprising observers from Russia, China, France, India, Latin American Countries and African Countries in Ivory Coast from 2007 to 2008. The assignment required intensive interaction with a score of UN and local agencies including tribal elders and local administration for developmental projects during peace keeping operations.
• Faculty Member at Army School of Logistics.
Having served on the faculty of Army School of Logistics Kuldana Murree as Senior Instructor (Class A) at officers Logistics Staff Course (the highest logistic qualification in Army) from 2004 to 2007 and conducted 5 full fledged Logistic Staff Courses.
• Commanding Officer.
Commanded a Supply & Transport Battalion Comprising 500 personnel and 300 vehicles. The transport included heavy transporters required to transport heavy equipment under time compressed environments. The logistic support, administration and HR management are important ingredients of this executive assignment.
• Faculty Member at Army Service Corps School.
Having been Instructor Class B at Army Service Corps School with the mandate to train the mid-career level officers and other individuals in the routine professional logistic and administration fields.
• Deputy Assistant Adjutant & Quartermaster General of An Infantry Brigade.
The assignment involves looking after civic facilities, allied services, routine, administration, financial management and legal matters of a brigade size force comprising about 3000 personnel.

• Officer Commanding Station Supply Depot.


• Company Commander NLC.
The assignment of Company Commander of National Logistic Cell (NLC) which is the largest transport & logistic organization of the country, involves hard core logistics and transportation operations in coordination with the civil sector and extensive interface with multifaceted agencies’ executives in this field.
