Key Responsibilities:
- Define and clarify project scope, Develop the project plan, Develop the project schedule.
- Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives.
- Determine the organizational structure of the project team, Identify roles and positions.
- Identify services to be provided by external companies, Staff project positions.
- Setting team direction, Coordinating activities across different organizational functions.
- Motivating team members, Assigning work.
- Keep the project on track and project control by Measuring: Checking project progress toward meeting its objectives, Evaluating: Determining the cause of deviations from the plan, Correcting: Taking corrective actions to address deviations.
- Defining project baselines, tracking project progress, Project status reporting, Determining and taking corrective actions.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Finding new suppliers and new clients
- Determines sales targets and ensures sales achieved.
- Designed and implemented an integrated range of business strategies consistent with overall goals and objectives of the business.
- Formulated revenue/expense goals for the company, ensured defined goals are met through appropriate planning/organization of staff and expenses for short/long term success.
- Built and developed partnerships with clients and worked collaboratively with them to enhance performance/ capacity and achieve business results in alignment with firm goals.
- Trouble-shooting and making problem-solving efforts through facilitation of team meetings to effectively implement change in the management system and procedures through the process of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles
- Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
- Serve as contact persons for all workers within assigned territories.
- Implement schedule and policy changes.
- Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
- Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
- Direct activities of staff performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
