• Creates and maintain a disaster recovery plan for IT
• Manage Windows server 2016/2012 R2 (AD DS/DNS/GPO/DHCP/iSCSI/IIS/PowerShell)
• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, and standards
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems to ensure that it meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborating with technical support team to ensure familiarity with technology

• Arrange with system administrator and network admin for second level of support
• Timely and effective response to user requests for troubleshooting hardware, software, network and telecommunications problems with technical support team (6 Members)
• Respond to end user requests, providing assistance with server, network, and various endpoint problems
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Communicated status, risks and opportunities to IT Officer, and act as IT trainer for staff
• Prepare of procurement plans for the IT projects
• Resolve technical problems with networking, software, hardware and other systems
