Responsibilities:
-Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
-Develop corrective maintenance instructions for all equipment and machinery and ensure consistency with their operational guidelines and manuals.
-Compare spare parts consumption against actual inventory report and suggest corrective actions.
-Ensure that equipment maintenance processes, techniques, and training courses are documented and integrated into relevant programs and instructions.
-Attending technical training courses and periodically conducting awareness sessions and guiding the maintenance team on how to maintain and operate all of the organization’s equipment.
Responsibilities:
-Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works.
-Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
-Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-Ensure that designated buildings, plant, and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.
-Undertake continuous training and development.
-Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
-Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
-Provide technical expertise to the team.
-Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Perform Preventive Maintenance for All Systems.
• Train and supervise employees of the maintenance department.
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.
• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
• Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
• Implement workplace safety policies and standards
• Develop root cause analysis for Failure.
• Maintain maintenance records and report on daily activities.
• Experience in the O&M for transfer pump, Sump pump, water Feature.
• Ensure all Maintenance activity is performing in safely condition.
• Prepare All Required Reports and Document for Maintenance Services.
• Ensure hard and soft service Operations, Standards and Controls are maintained at High Quality.
Responsibilities:

-Troubleshoot and Repair Motor, Pump, and Hydraulic Problems.
-Ensure Mechanical Operations, Standards and Controls are Maintained at High Quality.
-Develop and create Asset list For Mechanical System.
-Experience in the O&M for transfer pump, Sump pump, water Feature.
-Ensure all Maintenance activity is performing in Safely condition.
-Ensure Mechanical Operations, Standards and Controls are maintained at High Quality.
Responsibilities:
-Strict adherence to Aramco standards/ procedures.
-Plan and coordinates inspection activities for various discipline inspection at site and prepare reports
on Quality Surveillance Issues.
-Verify the completion of Quality Records in compliance with requirements of the project and quality
management system.
-Preparation of piping quality documents such as method statement, operating procedures.
-Coordinate with client in all technically related issues and resolve the quality/ technical issues.
-Ensure quality norms are maintained as per standard. Prepare and generate daily/ weekly/ monthly
progress reports. Supervise and witness final Hydro-Testing and commissioning.
-Coordinate with piping for day to day activities.
-Inspection of piping activities and ensure as per standard.
