Capital Project Delivery
• Single Point of Accountability for leading projects in Area through all phases of EPCM as per the MAPCS
• Single point of accountability for Area Project Cost, Quality and Schedule performance
• Reviews project performance in area and report this to Projects Superintendent and main stakeholders.
• Develops all area project proposals and presents these to senior management for approval to proceed in each of Toll Gates of MAPCS
• Manage Engineering and Construction contractors to achieve projects objectives
• Coordinate project reports issuance and guarantee timely and accurate information
• Coordination of internal and external engineering activities and the interdisciplinary interfaces in close coordination with the discipline team leaders.
• Manages and facilitates communication across the project and stakeholders functions to ensure that the project objectives and needs are met.
• Ensure technical requirements defined in the scope are properly incorporated in the project and engineering deliverables.
• Have a clear and continuous interaction with Project Controls function regarding cost and schedule management. Make sure all relevant and required documents and procedures are done according MAPCS process.
