• Develop, review and enforce project-specific QA/QC policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and systems.

Duties “ As the owners representative” :
(In the Projects Department) : with a total cost of the projects (150, 000, 000 SR)
o Conducting need analyses of each branch of our sport clubs according to the site analyses and market studies.
o Design and redesigning of our sports clubs (Architecturally and interiorly).
o Reviewing all the architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical … etc drawings given to us by the designer or the consultant.
o Reviewing all the construction types to meet our needs of speed and quality.
o Following up the stages of the project one by one.
o Reviewing all the construction statement given by the contractors.
o Development of old clubs.
(In the Maintenance Department):
o Following up all the maintenance needed for the equipments the clubs day by day.
o Training the workers on all equipments up grades.
o Supervision on all the preventive maintenance time tables.
o Conducting massive studies on technologies to save power and electricity and water.
Key Responsibilities:
• Articulated architectural vision, developed conceptual designs such as lighting, tiles, toilets or toilet accessories within the fixed design parameter for initial approval for clients and conducted final check of the approved designs.
• Designed marketing strategies for selling company products to the large as well as medium projects as well as participated in promoting Al-Fadda name in the market.
• Reviewed and assimilated information pertaining to market segmentation and penetration strategies, to augment market positioning of the product.
• Established product goals, forecasts and pricing, developed integrated product sales and development plans to enhance product penetration in markets.

• Submitted reports on project progress and other project specific information to the upper management for taking curative actions in case of variance.
