Participate as required in Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Start-up activities including:
• Commissioning, start-up, operating and emergency procedure development
• Leads in execution of the daily operating plan in a safe, efficient, environmentally compliant, professional and timely manner
• Ensures execution of operation plan through accurate DCS control and clear communications with Shift Supervision and Field Operators regarding the daily operating instructions.
• Maintains compliance with Company policies and standard operating practices.
• Operated the DCS (Distribute Control System) for plants start-up operations and shutdown in order to meet Company’s objectives and gas production targets.
• Makes minor plant adjustments when necessary and report any serious faults to the Supervisor with appropriate remedial actions, implements immediately the approved actions, procedures and standard emergency responses.
• Takes immediate corrective actions to limit risk to personnel, plant equipment and production during emergency situations.
• Prepares plant-operating reports as requested by Production Supervisor or Team Leader.
• In emergency situations ensures the safe shutdown, isolation and blow down of relevant plant.
• Directs and guide plant shift operators and helpers for all external manual plant operations / changes using radio for passing instructions.
• Maintains detailed events and fault logbooks during the assigned shift for review by Supervisor.
• Adheres to Company’s HSE policy, standards and approved operating procedures while performing the duties / tasks.
• Ensures the safety of plant shift operators / helpers / servicemen and plant equipment. · Assists the Supervisor for annual HSE programmed implementation
• Takes active part in all aspects of HSE safety program, attending group meetings, emergency exercise, drills and hazard identification / reporting.
• Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, to accomplish operational.
Monitor, control, and record plant operations Conduct continuous inspections of key process points, make necessary machinery and equipment adjustments, identify problems on equipment, and continually monitor equipment.
Maintain accurate records of operations, materials used, and other relevant information.
Utilize problem-solving skills to identify problems quickly and efficiently.
Demonstrat ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Adhered strictly to safety regulations while performing daily tasks.
Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of oil and gas refinery equipment.
Monitor and control the production processes, conducting routine inspections and maintenance, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Provide technical support during planned shutdowns or emergency situations.
Bachelor of English language
