responsibilities’ included :
• Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract. Project manager, BOQ, drawings
• Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan and client requirement
• Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report (1 month look ahead, activities tracking, summary schedule, etc)
• Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager
• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work
• Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
leading the project management role
Mainly I can Manage All the Project ( Budget break down, Cost control , planning ) By using work packages system and primavera p6 with very littile team
SENIOR PLANING ENGINEER -

• Preparation critical path for activities
• Tracking the progress and cost with planned, and taking the proper action
• Recourses - cash flew - s curve - recruitment plan-critical path
• Preparation lists for ( submittal shop drawing - delivery ma trials at the site

• Planning, organizing, leading, and evaluating the activities of the department.
• Preparation the contracting, reviewing the design, estimated quantity, pricing, source material, manage the equipments for project works
