Responsibilities:
Coordination between the project owner, landlord, developer and internal team to get the approval on design and execution drawings.
Review the Project technical package.
Review / understand the Project Management plan, mainly (Time Schedule - Budget - Procurement plan).
Pricing the packages from the suppliers and sub-contractors, negotiate (prices - lead time - payments terms) with them and make the comparison statement to ensure that all cost related work is in compliance with the estimated contract(s) cost. .
Coordinate with the selected suppliers to prepare the technical submittals based on the contract requirements and follow up the it to get the approval from the client.
Issue the POs/Contracts to the suppliers and sub-contractors and follow up the delivery and sub delivery milestones including the inspection report from the site team.
Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s to review on a monthly basis to ensure that all expenditures are kept within the project budget and advising Cost Control Manager of any forecast cost overruns as soon as possible to allow corrective actions to be taken in a timely manner and suggesting areas of improvement. and prepare a reconciliation matrix between income/outcome for deep understanding about the cash flow status.
Provide cost control and planning guides to the internal PM team as and when required.
Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Identifying the scope changes and negotiating with the client to get the approval of change requests.
Issuing the payment certificates to the owner.
Continuous evaluation and ranking of the suppliers.
Al Sharbatly Cold Store & accommodation project
Total Amount: 70 Million
Responsibilities:
Review the Project technical package.
Review / understand the Project Management plan, mainly (Time Schedule - Budget - Procurement plan).

Reply the inquiries of the suppliers and sub-contractors.
Negotiate (prices - lead time - payments terms) with the suppliers to get the best and produce the comparison statement.
Get the concerned parties approval on the comparison statement.
Issue the POs/Contracts for Suppliers and sub-contractors.
Follow up the delivery and sub delivery milestones including the inspection results.
