- Setting up, Managing & Overseeing the business strategy of the Group & its member companies
- Overseeing the member companies of the Group (construction of roads, bridges, services, buildings, landscaping, crushers, asphalt batching plants, pumps & valves commercial & servicing centers),
- Supporting all departments (Constructions / Projects, Commercial, Production (Crushes & Asphalt Plants), Finance, Administration / HR, Business Development, Legal, etc.).
