- Review and Reports all Problems or Faults at Water and Wastewater Equipment.
- Advise with solutions and follow up untill finish.
- Works include Design, Design Review, Manage installation, Operation and Maintenace.
- Provide Tender Specification.
- Supervise All Dismantling, Installation, Commissioning, Training and Handling Over for most Equipment.
- Design and Design Review for Mechanical and Hydraulic works for upgrade 7 wastewater Pumping Stations around Doha. (Project 770)
- Review all Submittal related to Pumps, Valves, Hydraulics, Cranes, Screens, Grinders, Generators, OCU, ...etc.
- Supervise all Mechanical and Hydraulic Works,
- Review all Company T.O.R. w.r.t. Egyptian Code and make required changes.
- Required consultancy on various contractual.
- Study stakeholder's claims and solve it.
- Establish evaluation and inspection Models for all company sites.
- Supervise Networks, Tunnelling, Drinking water and Sewage Projects.
- Decentralization management for new cities (6 0ctober & Zaid Cities) include all departments that can help customer services to solve all Customers Complaints.
- Overseeing the implementation of the operation and maintenance plans, replacement, renewal and Contracts of the Networks, Tunnelling, Drinking water and Sewage Projects.
- Streets Flooding Control and NRW Detect and Control Expert.
- Plan Yearly Operation and Maintenance for station include: pumps, Mechanical screen, control panels, Transformers, Motors, etc.
- Prepare required T.O.R. for Operation and maintenance requirement.
- Plan & supervise Yearly Preventive & Predictive maintenance for Lifting stations, treatment plants include: Pumps, Generators, and Screens.
- Prepare required training & materials for Workshop Staff.
- Plan and Supervise Yearly Required procurement include: pumps, generators, screen, Cranes and aerators, control panels, Transformers, Motors, Gear boxes...etc and Spare Parts.
- Prepare required Cost Estimation.
- Plan & Supervise Installation of required equipment, spare parts and special tools.
- Prepare required training courses materials for many discipline.
- Provide Training for recommended staff (engineers and technicians)
Mass balance of activated sludge treatment plants, flow rates, BOD5 and TSS are important parameters for efficient operation of wastewater treatment plants. Mass balance also monitors the performance of each component and process at all locations in the treatment plant in order to meet the acceptable treatment criteria. A large number of laboratory experiments have been carried out on a daily basis to investigate the performance of ZWWTP. In conclusion, after implementing mass balance, activated sludge treatment plants can be controlled, analyzed with different influent parameters values of flow, total suspended solids (TSS) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5). ZWWTP has high treatment performance through year 2008 and meet Egyptian code standards with average removal efficiency of BOD5 95% and average removal efficiency of TSS 97 %.
